Accounts and subscriptions
If you create an Arena account, the site stores your username, email address and a protected password hash. Account and security records help us operate the site and respond to support requests.
If you subscribe, Stripe hosts the payment screen and billing portal. Arena stores Stripe customer and subscription references, membership status and the end of your paid period. WordPress does not collect your card details.
Site operation
Hosting and Cloudflare may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security. WordPress uses essential login cookies to keep you signed in. The Arena theme does not add advertising trackers.
Your information
To ask about your information, account correction or deletion, contact Fletter Consulting Group through its website. Some payment, security and support records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription; cancel in billing settings first.
